Diploma in Accounting and Business course of Foundations in Accountancy (FIA)

London School of Business & Finance (LSBF) in Singapore is proud to introduce the Preparatory Course for ACCA - Diploma in Accounting and Business course of Foundations in Accountancy (FIA), for its February and May 2012 intakes. This Diploma is suitable for those aspiring to work or already working in roles of basic bookkeeper, trainee accountant in a commercial organisation or accounting practice or accounts clerk in public sector.

FIA is one of the entry points to ACCA qualification. The three (3) papers in ACCA – Diploma in Accounting and Business course (FAB paper – Accountant in Business, FMA paper – Management Accounting and FFA – Financial Accounting Singapore) are the same papers as the first three (3) papers in ACCA (F1 – F3).

Students who successfully complete this Diploma via Foundations in Accountancy (FIA) are exempted from F1, F2 and F3 papers of ACCA qualification. Students may continue to study for papers under the Skill modules of the ACCA qualification.

This allows the students to test themselves and better prepare for their examinations.
